Design & Technology
Design is influenced by technology and technology can get wings through well designed applications. There is a synergy to be explored between Design and technology and the ATC Design & Technology programme takes initiatives to do so.
Dutch Highlights
ATC Design & Technology programme builds on the following activities.
- Design projects with design students and industry.
- Design seminars with international speakers
- Design Pressure Cooker: matchmaking between designers and industry (concept by Syntens)
- The Design On Wheels show; a show focusing on concept cars and new automotive design. The show takes place at the Dutch Design Week with 120.000 visitors this year.
- The Dutch Design Gallery; a collection of posters of more then 30 Dutch Automotive Designers and their work
- Yearly design editions of the ATC magazine Promotive
For 2010 ATC plans to extend the programme with Design Master Classes

The 2010 ATC Design & Technology programme focuses on Electric Vehicle Design and is sponsored by the Province of Noord Brabant.

Cluster Development
 New in 2009 is the ATC Design Cluster; a network of automotive design professionals and a reference group for the D&T programme.
The cluster meets three times a year.
